What the contract guarantees
Your independence
Free organisation of time, place and methods. No hierarchical control, no exclusivity, freedom to decline a mission.
Your balance
Full carry over until settlement, read access even after your departure, continuous transparency on the calculations.
The exit
The company may only close its programme after having settled its debts. You leave with notice, your balance stays owed.
Your remedies
Mediation first, courts afterwards. No waiver of remedy is imposed on anyone.
Have it reviewed
The model contract is a proven starting point, not a document to sign with your eyes closed. Each company adapts it to its situation and has it validated by its counsel; each freelance has an interest in having it reviewed before committing. In case of divergence between this site and the signed contract, the contract is authoritative.
