Publisher
Pacto is a brand of PIM S.A. This site is an information document intended to welcome client companies and member freelances. It constitutes neither a contractual offer nor legal or financial advice.
Scope of the information
- The prices displayed, activation fee, floor per seat from 100 EUR to 70 EUR, royalty of 3 % of the payments and entry fee of 345 EUR, are indicative and confirmed by the general terms in force on signature, where the conditions for refunding the entry fee are also set out.
- Pacto is not a party to the contracts concluded between its clients and their freelances. Each programme is governed by the contract signed directly between the company and each freelance, on the basis of the model contract made available.
- Pacto never holds the funds exchanged between its clients and their freelances and provides no payment service.
- The redistribution rate, between 5 and 12.5 % of turnover, 12.5 % advised, is set by each company in its own contract.
- The increased rate, with a target factor of 3, is indicative and set contract by contract. It constitutes no guarantee of revenue.
- The platform is in beta version: unavailability is possible.
Personal data
The data collected serves the management of the network, the handling of requests, the execution of missions and invoicing. It is kept for as long as necessary for those purposes or for the legally required duration. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, exercisable with the publisher. Where a freelance processes personal data on behalf of a company as part of a mission, the parties first conclude a processing agreement compliant with article 28 of the GDPR.
