Your code, your record
As soon as your training is validated, you receive your personal code AMB-····. Give it to your prospects, or hand them a promo code that carries it: every company subscription and every freelance membership that follows is attributed to you automatically. No declarations, no debate: the register is authoritative.

Register them before the first useful contact: your introduction is protected for six months, renewed as long as you are working the case.
Paid on results, twice
of all entry fees collected in respect of the clients you bring: company activation fees, the differences when they grow, freelance entry fees. The opening support (onboarding) is included.
0.25 % of what the companies you bring pay to their freelances, plus 0.25 % of what the freelances you refer receive: 0.50 % when both are yours. Every month, as long as the clients you bring keep their programmes alive. Even after your contract ends.

a company you bring that starts with 3 seats, grows to 8, plus four referred freelances: 2 846 EUR of setup commissions, then a monthly stream that follows the portfolio.

Frequently asked questions
Am I an employee of Pacto?
No. You are an independent business introducer: no obligation to be active, no employment relationship.
Who pays me, and when?
Always Pacto, out of the revenue it has collected. Statement on the 15th of each month, payment within thirty days, your invoice afterwards.
What happens to my portfolio if I stop?
It follows you: the recurring part continues on all the clients you brought as long as they generate payments, and the setup part remains due for six months for the cases you already registered that go on to sign.
Can I recruit other ambassadors?
No. The network has a single level: commissions pay for real clients, never for recruitment.
How much does entry cost?
500 EUR excluding VAT, once: kit, documentation, training. Nothing else, ever.
And in case of disagreement?
We go back to the register: thirty days to contest a statement, mediation before any proceedings. Belgian law.
