An activation fee, then a price per seat
A seat is a freelance of your programme with an open balance. You pay the activation once, then a monthly royalty per seat. Freelances pay no commission at all on their revenue.

Moving up a tier: you only pay the difference in activation fee. The floor per seat is degressive, from 100 EUR for the first freelance down to 70 EUR for large headcounts. Indicative prices, confirmed on signature.
Beyond 50 seats, tier E carries on: the floor per seat is unchanged, with no additional activation fee.
The royalty: the floor, or 3 % of the payments
Programme running slow
You pay the floor per seat, nothing more. Your freelances keep their balances open, the system stays ready to restart.
Intensive programme
When 3 % of the payments actually made exceeds the floor, the royalty follows the payments. The switch happens from 3,333.33 EUR paid per seat in tier A, 2,333.33 EUR in tier E.
Never both
Every month it is the higher of the two amounts, not their sum. Pacto only earns more if your freelances are actually paid.
What you do not pay
Freelances: an entry fee, zero commission
Refundable if no mission suited you after browsing the opportunities. The refund becomes due at 24 months, subject to active use of the programme. A company that invites you may offer you a voucher bringing your entry down to 1 EUR.
Payments go directly from the company to you. Pacto never holds the funds, takes nothing along the way and is paid only by companies.
Pricing notice
The amounts displayed are indicative and confirmed by the general terms in force on signature, where the conditions for refunding the entry fee are also set out. The redistribution rate, between 5 and 12.5 % of turnover, is set by each company in its own contract. Pacto is a brand of PIM S.A.
